At this level, the MedExPRO focuses on safety, assessment, and basic documentation—the building blocks of every effective medical exercise program.

Here, the MedExPRO shifts from managing sessions to managing client systems—combining multiple assessments, designing integrated exercise progressions, and reporting measurable results to healthcare professionals.

III. Advanced Skills (Years 2–5): Professional Integration and Leadership
Advanced MedExPROs bridge healthcare and fitness at a professional level.
They can design outcome-based systems, coordinate with medical teams, and train staff or new specialists.
They don’t just deliver sessions—they manage functional outcomes and relationships.
