Are You Selling Personal Training Sessions, or Running a Medical Exercise Practice?
Â
The MES Enterprise Cohort – February 2026 is a 90-day guided practice-development experience for Medical Exercise Professionals who are ready to move beyond simply delivering sessions and begin operating a professionally structured, referral-ready medical exercise practice. This cohort is designed for MedExPROs who are clinically capable but frustrated by inconsistent referrals, documentation that doesn’t fully support trust, and practices that rely too heavily on personal effort instead of systems. If your practice feels dependent on you for everything, growth feels uncertain, and communication with medical professionals lacks confidence or clarity, this cohort was built to address those exact challenges.
Throughout the cohort, you will work through eight focused masterclasses that help you clarify your professional role in the healthcare continuum, install documentation and communication systems, become referral-ready for physicians and therapists, design outcome-based services, and understand reimbursement considerations without crossing professional boundaries. The emphasis is on implementation and critical thinking, not theory—so what you build during the cohort directly applies to your own practice. By the end of the process, your practice operates with greater structure, credibility, and confidence, positioning you as a trusted medical exercise professional in your community.
If your goal is to build a stronger, more sustainable medical exercise practice—one that earns referrals, communicates outcomes professionally, and supports long-term growth—this is your next step. Join the cohort starting February 28th, and by June 1st have the practice you want with the systems, referrals, and plan you need for success.

- Who is the MES Enterprise Cohort designed for?
The cohort is designed for Medical Exercise Professionals who are clinically capable but practice-constrained. If you can manage clients effectively but struggle with inconsistent referrals, unclear communication with medical providers, underpowered documentation, or a practice that depends too heavily on you “figuring it out as you go,” this cohort is for you. It is specifically for MedExPROs who want to build a professional medical exercise practice—not just sell sessions.
- How is this different from other business or fitness coaching programs?
This cohort is not fitness business coaching and it is not motivational training. Everything in the cohort is built around the medical exercise context—scope, documentation, referrals, outcomes, ethics, and reimbursement awareness. You will not be taught sales scripts or fitness marketing tactics. You will be guided through installing professional systems that medical providers expect and trust.
- I already understand exercise and medical conditions—what will I actually gain?
Most MedExPROs already know what to do clinically. What’s missing is:
- How to translate your expertise into a referral-ready practice
- How to document and communicate like a medical partner
- How to structure services around outcomes instead of sessions
- How to operate with confidence when interacting with physicians, therapists, and insurance carriers
The cohort focuses on implementation, alignment, and decision-making, not re-teaching anatomy or exercise selection.
- What role does coaching play in the cohort?
Coaching is the core value of the cohort. In addition to the eight masterclasses, you have unlimited access to one-on-one coaching with Dr. Mike and experienced coaches who have:
- Built referral relationships
- Implemented documentation systems
- Navigated insurance and reimbursement conversations
- Operated real medical exercise practices
This coaching is what turns ideas into real changes inside your practice.
- Will this help me get more referrals from doctors and therapists?
Yes—but not by teaching you how to “ask better.” The cohort helps you become referral-ready by:
- Clarifying your professional role and scope
- Installing documentation and reporting workflows
- Structuring services around functional outcomes
- Reducing risk and uncertainty for medical providers
When those systems are in place, referrals become logical, not risky.
- Does the cohort teach insurance billing or accepting insurance?
The cohort does not teach you to bill insurance directly or push you to accept insurance. Instead, it builds reimbursement awareness so you:
- Understand medical necessity
- Communicate and document defensibly
- Protect yourself ethically and professionally
- Support clients who may seek reimbursement
This knowledge strengthens your credibility and protects your practice—even if you never accept insurance.
- What if my practice is small or I’m currently working solo?
The cohort is ideal for solo practitioners. In fact, it helps you:
- Replace memory and improvisation with systems
- Prepare for growth before it becomes chaotic
- Create workflows that allow you to add clients or staff later
The goal is not to force growth—but to make growth possible and controlled.
- How much time does the cohort require each week?
Expect:
- One live masterclass session per week
- Ongoing coaching interactions as needed
- Time to apply concepts directly to your practice
This is not passive learning. The time you invest goes directly into building systems you will continue using long after the cohort ends.
- What will my practice realistically look like at the end of the cohort?
By the end of the cohort, most participants have:
- A clearly defined professional identity
- Referral-ready documentation and communication workflows
- Outcome-based service structures
- Greater confidence with medical providers
- A practice that feels organized, defensible, and professional
You will think and operate more like a practice owner, not a technician.
- Why is the cohort limited to only 8 participants?
The cohort is intentionally small to ensure:
- Meaningful one-on-one coaching
- Real feedback on your practice
- Accountability and implementation support
This is not scalable content delivery—it’s guided professional development. Limiting participation protects the quality of the experience.
