your certification coming up for renewal? The certification is valid for one year. In order to keep your
MEPD, MES
or
PRCS certification current, 1.0 credit hours or a total of 10 contact hours of post rehab related continuing education must be completed annually . |

| Learn about:

You may renew by:
1) Attending an
on-site AAHFRP workshop
or completing a video or
internet course offered by the American Academy of Health,
Fitness and Rehabilitation Professionals;

| 2) You may also renew by attending any seminar or workshop offered by another organization that is related to post-rehab fitness. Instructors for outside courses must be licensed medical professionals (i.e. physical therapist, chiropractor, massage therapist, nurse or physician). If you attend a course from another organization, please send course outlines and a certificate of course completion when you renew your
MEPD, MES or PRCS certification;

| 3) By volunteering
or working 10 hours in a sportsmed/physical therapy or chiropractic clinic. Submit a letter of verification from the supervising
practitioner.
